Please Note! Best Accessible with SUV, Bakkie, Pick up, Mini Bus or High clearance car. Although You can drive on the dirt road with an average Car we would rather suggest the above it is a 16 km dirt road.

Deposit Policy
Please pay the deposit into the bank account within 48 Hours. You will lose your deposit if you cancel your booking. We cannot guarantee your Place without the Deposit and proof of payment. The outstanding amount needs to be paid 3 days before arrival.
Please also print and bring your proof of payment with you. No Refunds
Conditions
We do allow small dogs on leashes. No Quad Bikes ., No Music.
The indemnity form must be signed at reception upon arrival.
We do not control the weather and will not be held responsible for any loss or damage. Check-in: time 2:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am
Main Gate closes at 9 PM at night. Please print your proof of payment and bring it with you. We do have Card Facilities Visa or MasterCard’s Welcome. Please pay your deposit into the following bank account: NB: !! use your Booking ID as a reference.

A Deposit of 50% is payable upon making your booking within 48 hours and proof of payment must be e-mailed to bookings@riverrunresort.co.za
The outstanding Balance is due in full 3 days before Arrival. Please Bring your proof of payments with you upon arrival.
Campers are welcome to bring their own canoes, fishing equipment and mountain bikes.
Clean new Ablution Block with water and electricity.
